Da Contessa — Restaurant in Vienna

One of the worst experience I had in a restaurant. I came here with my colleagues about 20 ppl after a long working day. I was hungry like a wolf. The waitress came and took our orders.I have ordered a GLUTEN FREE meal. Slowly food was brought out outside of mine. Everyone was eating outside me. We noted to the waitress 4 times that they forgot my meal. I was still the only one who was not served. When everyone has finished and I still got nothing.One of my colleagues have noted it again to the waitress. 5 minutes later I got something that seamed like a plate filled with the leftovers from the day. Not what I have ordered. Especially that I got breaded potato crocetts. I tried to explain to the waitress that I cannot eat GLUTEN but she turned around an left. I got a chunky DISGUSTING meat burned on top that I was unable to cut. A side I cannot eat, completely raw beans, and bit heated raw tomatos. It was really about 3 min to put it together. After that the waitress was avoiding me on purpose. She would not even look in my eyes.I have left with a headache and went to Billa to get food.Avoid at any cost. Food is horrible and staff is ignorant. A rating of 1 star...

Wir haben innerhalb der letzten 4 Jahre wöchentlich bestellt. Leider ist seit einem Jahr die Qualität dieses Restaurants drastisch gesunken. Man bestellt eine kleine Pizza (Quattro Formaggi) und bekommt jedesmal eine große Pizza geliefert. Bei Rücksprache erklärte uns der Kellner, dass man die Quattro Formaggi nur groß machen kann. Weiters wurden die Preise angehoben, aber auf der Internetseite des Restaurants nicht. Bei nochmaliger Rücksprache wurde uns erklärt, dass die Speisekarte im Internet für den 21. Bezirk gilt, was ein ausgesprochener Blödsinn war. Und gestern am 30.5.2018 haben sie komplett den Vogel abgeschossen. Wir bestellten wieder per Telefon 1x SpareRibs und 1x Penne von Formaggi. Geliefert wurde 1x SpareRibs und 1x Tortellini ala Panna. Wieder nach Rücksprache wurde uns erklärt, dass sich der Lieferant wahrscheinlich die falsche Speise genommen hat. Obwohl auf der Rechnung 1x SpareRibs und 1x Tortellini ala Panna stand, was wir nicht bestellt hatten. Fazit: man bekommt immer irgendwelche Ausreden und wir haben gestern definitiv das letzte Mal in diesem Restaurant bestellt. Auf Nachfrage nach den Chef bekommt man die Antwort, dass dieser sehr selten anwesend ist. Also wenn man Beschwerden vorbringen will kann man das nur beim Personal, woraufhin der Chef natürlich von all dem nie etwas erfährt. Also wird sich zukünftig auch nichts ändern.Schade um dieses Restaurant, war immer top Qualität und Service....

The pizza is average. It gets delivered in about 20-35 minutes after ordering and is still hot. But the pizza doesn't taste great or of much. Think of an upgraded freezer pizza with a thicker crust and fresh ingredients. I can recommend this restaurant if you have a large crowd of people to feed and don't care too much about the food being perfect. If you order the pizza you will not be disappointed because it tastes just as good as the price would...
