ANKER — Restaurant in Vienna

Customer and child unfriendly The products are the same as in every Anker. The staff is unbelievably unfriendly. Seeing a difficult situation with my toddler, the employee instead of being friendly, like in most cafés in Vienna, he just said 'ich warte' (I'm waiting) stressing my child more. Then he gave me and charged me for twice as much as I ordered and insisted that this is what I ordered. He could have acknowledged he didn't hear me well through the face mask or my child's crying. Unacceptable customer service. I'm definitely not coming here again, but I'll also avoid other Anker if they can't make sure they employ...

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered 3 items, 2 were not delivered, still had to pay full price for delivery although I only received a croissant. The boss didn't bother to call me although I was told by one of the staff that she would. Avoid this place like the plague. They have no interest in retaining customers. This is not my first problem with Anker but it will be my last, plenty of better bakery's to...

Eigentlich hab ich mich gefreut, als ich in Heiligenstadt die ANKER Filiale sah und da mein Mann aufgrund seiner Zuckerwerte ohnehin ein dunkles "Vollkornbrot" braucht, ist mir das alte "Finnenbrot" eingefallen. Na rein und gefragt - die Verkäuferin entgegnete mir nur ziemlich genervt: "Des gibts scho seit 20 Jahren nimma" - meinte ich dann, ob sie denn eines haben, das dem ähnlich sei? Hat sie mich nur blöd angeschaut. Dachte ich, sie hätte mich vielleicht nicht gut verstanden, obwohl ich eh so laut spreche und wiederholte mein Anliegen. Ich hab gar nicht verstanden, was mir die gute Dame entgegnete, doch nachdem das Ganze in einem Streit zu enden drohte, drehte ich mich um und verließ recht enttäuscht und pissed das Geschäft. Geh ich halt zur Konkurrenz - und das hab ich auch getan und beim MANN ein gutes Roggenbrot bekommen - sehr nett und höflich beraten worden von einer Dame, die wirklich im Stress war. Ist diese Filiale ja direkt in der Halle der Ubahn und sehr frequentiert. Anker sieht...
