McDonald's — Restaurant in Vienna

It is a usual McDonald's, the staff seems to be nice here and they also have this small bar for cakes etc., it is clean and warm inside. I was there at morning for a quick coffee and tried one of their "new" toasts. I am sorry, but I cannot do much with that thin slices of nothingness, maybe they are the choice to take for kids or people that wanna really just have a small bite - but I don't know, I just don't like those later compositions too much. Over all a Mc as usual. To be able to compare this rating: I would give 4 stars if there would be cosy places inside and in general more warm ambient. I would give 5 star if there is all from the 4, plus a nice view and maybe when all the staff has increased interest to be attractive either by their appearance or due to their improved skills of preparing the food. I would give a 2 if it doesn't reach the typical Mc Donald Standards. (Said standard does include...

I ordered the large meal, and the paper cup/dish where they serve the fries was half empty, so I can only imagine how small the portion could have been if I had ordered the small meal. More - the chicken burger was made so poorly and messy when opening the box it was placed in, honestly? Unfortunately, I lost my appetite... And last but not least, the lid of the cup was with a defect that it didn't stick properly on, on the cup, and while having my meal, I almost spilled my drink out and when there was just a little bit left, but unfortunately enough, the lid of the cup did snap of and the drink fell into my lap. I'm sad to say it, but this was the worst experience I have had in a McDonald's... would NOT...

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich für das Service 0/5 Sternen vergeben. Erst nicht das bestellte Spielzeug ausgegeben, obwohl vorhanden. Dann das highlight: ich saß mit meinem Sohn (3J) an einem Tisch im OG. Von allen Tischen waren 2 besetzt, unserer und ein anderer. Als während wir aßen eine Mitarbeiterin kam und unter unserem Tisch wischen wollte und uns bat, die Beine zu heben. Darauf habe ich die Dame gebeten, dies bitte später zu machen, sobald wir mit dem Essen fertig sind (Anm. kein anderer Tisch wurde gewischt, nur unter unserem musste scheinbar gewischt werden). Die Dame hat sich daraufhin ziemlich echauffiert und war entrüstet, ob wir denn „im Dreck“ sitzen wollen und sie das nur zu unserem Wohle tue etc Plötzlich wechselte sie auf Englisch und fluchte vor sich hin. Das alles vor meinem 3J Zwerg und einfach aus dem Nichts- wow Das war wohlbemerkt die Dame, die während wir unsere Bestellung im EG aufgegeben und darauf gewartet haben einfach auf der 2. Stufe stand, beobachte und wartete wie‘s schien. Und plötzlich bekam sie es ganz eilig als wir aßen, witzig:) Die Pommes waren zach, die Burger (Mc Fish ubd ein veganer Burger) ganz gut. Zum Abschluss wollten wir uns 4 Stk Mehlspeise/Kuchen to go mitnehmen. 2/4 Stk waren nicht die bestellten, was ich leider erst zuhause sah. Statt Erdbeere ein Vanillecakepop und statt einem Schokomuffin ein Heidelbeermuffin. Das alles hat sich am 26. April gegen Mittag abgespielt. Habe schon einiges erlebt, aber unser heutiges Mc Donalds Erlebnis war wohl der Höhepunkt. Kommen bestimmt nicht wieder, sondern suchen das nächste Mal lieber eine andere Filiale auf, wo Kundenfreundlichkeit auch groß...
