Nalin KeepUp — Restaurant in Vienna

I went to this restaurant after work to get some takeaway. I can’t say anything about the food because I never even got to try it but the experience itself was simply horrible and awful.

As soon as I walked in, I saw two men working there, and one of them was extremely arrogant even his facial expression and attitude were unpleasant.

There was a family with two small children sitting there, and the kids were playing a bit in the children’s corner, naturally making some noise. (as kids do) The man kept giving them angry looks, as if he wanted to throw them out.

I heard them speaking in Turkish (I speak Turkish myself), so I tried to be friendly and exchanged a few words with them. But the man stayed cold and arrogant.

At some point, I directly and friendly asked him why he was being so unfriendly and why he couldn’t just smile a little.

After that, he became even more disrespectful and talked to me in a tone that was completely unacceptable especially when I was a customer coming to spend my money there. When it was time to pay he was mocking on me and smiling aggressively.

I thanked him and left without paying something that has never happened to me in my entire life! He was screaming after me from the window, that I should pay and I'm not correct...

I’m a very friendly person, and I understand when someone has a bad day, but if you work in hospitality (or even own a restaurant), you shouldn’t take out your bad mood on customers.

I was so scared I was there alone, I thought he going to attack me, this kind of behavior is rude and unprofessional ESPECIALLY TOWARDS YOUNG...

By sheer chance, we found ourselves at this hidden gem, and it turned out to be an unexpected culinary delight. I must say, they serve the best wet burgers I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. It's clear that they take great care in sourcing top-quality ingredients and crafting their dishes with an artful touch.

What truly sets this place apart, besides their mouthwatering burgers, are the incredible sauces that accompany them. Each sauce is a masterpiece in its own right, enhancing the flavors to perfection. It's not just a meal; it's a flavorful journey.

Moreover, the impeccable service we received made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff's attentiveness and knowledge about the menu were impressive, ensuring that we felt right at home.

This place has left a lasting impression on us, and we've already made plans to return soon. If you're seeking a gastronomic adventure filled with outstanding flavors and warm hospitality, this is undoubtedly the place to be. I can't recommend it enough, and I eagerly anticipate our next visit to savor those incredible wet...

I am conflicted about this place. My expectations were set quite high due to the positive reviews but I must admit I was not impressed. I went for the falafel dürum and although I appreciate that falafel was freshly prepared (and delicious) I was disappointed to receive only 3 falafel balls. I would argue that 4 balls are a standard for a dürum of 6.3 EUR which is rather a higher price. Overall, the dürum was not filled up to its potential and looked like a dwarf in comparison to a meaty one. Therefore I cannot give more than 3 stars. The service though was friendly and the place looked clean....
