We have ordered two portions of Bun Bo Hue. What we have received could have been prepared by a student who can't cook and needs to survive until the end of the month by improvising a dish using the random ingredients left in the kitchen.

80% of the dish was made of soup noodles, the were very few spring onions as a garnish and there were two kinds of meat: beef meat and some very suspicious wurst-like meat that looked awful and that we couldn't further identify.
