Oma Küche — Restaurant in Vienna

My wife and I visited CityLake after searching restaurants within walking distance of the Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront Hotel. We can both attest that excellent, artistic Asian food at a reasonable price is available in Vienna, AT. She ordered the shrimp with cashew nuts and I ordered the CityLake duck. Both dishes were above average in freshness and flavor. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and plentiful and the dish not under or over seasoned. The CityLake duck was flavorful, crispy, and presented beautifully on a bed of very flavorful bean sprouts. Both dishes came with a really tasty cabbage salad, which was tangy, sweet, and with a touch of spicy red pepper-almost better than the main dishes. Looking at some of the beautifully presented sushi and sashimi offerings on their website, I wished that I had time to do a sushi/sashimi taste fest but we needed to retire early for an early morning flight. I don't know if or when we might get back to Vienna but I would make an effort to return to try some of their other offerings. Dear Management, the provided service is very bad. I was sitting outside today and waiting for 20 minutes for your waiter to serve me. Since he did not appear, I had to come directly to him at cash register to ask will anybody attend me. Instead of appologizing your waiter was rather rude so there was nothing else to do then leave the restaurant. I have been regular customer for over a year, but due bad service I doubt I will visit your restaurant again. Suggestion to readers - find another place for lunch. I ordered from this restaurant through Mjam and never received my order and was unable to contact the restaurant because the delivery was scheduled (by them) for after they closed (they use their own delivery people not Mjam's). This is despite ordering more than an hour before their closing time. Terribly disappointed by this poor service. If you can't fulfill orders because you're overwhelmed, don't take the orders and money. -- Edit: Received my order at 10:30 pm at night (almost three hours after I ordered) with the delivery person...
