Origami Sushi house — Restaurant in Vienna

The place is dirty, the staff is unkind, the food is below average or, at best, average, and the drinks are warm. Prices are fair. I wonder how this place has a 4.6 rating.

A more constructive response would have been to reflect on possible improvements or consider it might have been an exception. Inviting me to return would have been more professional than reacting defensively, which sadly only confirms...

A bit disappointing, everything felt quite bland, tasteless. The service was quite bad as we were missing a chopstick, the sushi had the smallest portion of wasabi, it could have been missing directly,and even the soy sauce was small ( two different portions for my friends and there was barely enough for one portion ). Wow! If you want EXCELLENT sushi and food visit them. I went in today and I’m rarely tempted to review a restaurant. The quality and service was too-notch. I’ve never had such amazing specialty rolls in the city.
