Ich habe kürzlich eine Pizza direkt vor Ort in dieser Pizzeria bestellt. Schon zu Beginn fiel mir auf, dass alle Pizzen am Eingang übersichtlich aufgelistet waren – darunter auch die Sorten Cardinale und Salami, beide mit einem klaren Preis von 15,50 €. Als ich eine halbe Cardinale und eine halbe Salami bestellen wollte, teilte mir der Pizzakoch plötzlich mit, dass diese Kombination 19 € kosten würde – ohne jegliche Erklärung, warum eine halbe-halbe-Kombination deutlich mehr kosten sollte als eine ganze Pizza.

Ich entschied mich daraufhin für eine normale Salami-Pizza. Als ich fragte, ob ich mit Bankomatkarte zahlen könne – was ich aufgrund des Lieferdienstes über Lieferando als selbstverständlich ansah – wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass nur Barzahlung möglich sei. Kein Hinweis dazu im Vorfeld, was besonders ärgerlich war, da ich erst einen funktionierenden Bankomaten suchen musste.

Nach meiner Rückkehr in die Pizzeria wurde ich freundlich von einer Dame empfangen, vermutlich der Ehefrau des Pizzakochs, die mir sagte: „Ist gleich fertig.“ Als die Pizza aus dem Ofen kam und bereits in der Schachtel lag, fragte sie mich, ob ich Knoblauch wolle – was ich bejahte.

Der Preis wurde mit 15,50 € angegeben, ich gab 20 €. Zurück bekam ich zunächst nur 4 €, worauf ich hinwies. Daraufhin drehte sich die Dame zu mir, grinste leicht provokant und gab mir die restlichen 50 Cent. Offenbar hatte sie diese bereits in der Hand – was mir den Eindruck vermittelte, dass hier mit einem nicht ganz fairen „Trinkgeldtrick“ gearbeitet werden sollte.

Zur Pizza selbst: geschmacklich wirklich gut – keine Frage. Aber sie war merklich kleiner als die Schachtel, fast 10 cm kleiner im Durchmesser, was Fragen zur Portionsgröße aufwirft.

Fazit: Guter Geschmack, aber mangelhafter Service, intransparente Preisgestaltung, kein Kartenzahlung trotz Lieferdienst und ein zweifelhafter Umgang mit dem Rückgeld. Leider für mich ein klarer Grund, diese Pizzeria in...

I haven't met such unpolite staffers in a very long time. We wanted to eat something inside after seeing the Central Cemetery on 1/11. When we entered the pizzeria, a staff member just said the menu was in the corner without looking at us. We wanted to eat in because of the bad weather. She wouldn't serve us because the order was too small and even started arguing about it! JOKES! Never again.
