16/11/2024 Unfortunatly I’m forced to leave this review because of the incompetence of the so called “security” company Crowd Control Security which basically stole or had our things stolen (my partner’s Thermo bottle and other belongings of other concert goers, a plate, a tablet, you name it, yes we were not the only ones) Top entrance from inside the mall, 6 Workers from this company after checking our tickets, checked our bags and took our water bottles saying they weren’t allowed but we could get them back at the main entrance once the concert was finished. They didn’t give us any retrieving ticket of any kind but we trusted them (like the others did). BIG MISTAKE. When the concert was done and we were leaving, we went to the 2 ladies at the entrance who said that they had not seen my partner’s Water bottle. Ok, yet mine was on the table, which one of the ladies said I quote was still there because “it had no value”. Soon other people joined in the protest because they also had their things “disappeared”. All the answers they could give us was basically “sorry it was stolen” EVEN after we gave a description of the person who took our stuff WHOM THE EMPLOYEES RECOGNISED, we were simply told over and over again “sorry it’s just gone”. I understand that it may not be directly responsible for the situation, but they didn’t seem to be very eager to help either. Ludicrous situation involving probably the most unprofessional staff ever. So watch out for your stuff, don’t give them anything unless they give you back a ticket. Take a photo of your items, or just avoid this concert hall completely unless they change their security staff. Sad because otherwise it’s a cool...

We went to Anderson .Paak's concert a week ago. The venue was a big fat disappointment, it looked like some forsaken mall of 90's. Only 2 places to eat - an Italian "restaurant" (bistro would suit more) and a Greek fast food which claims to be a restaurant as well. On the ground floor you can find grocery stores and a drug store along with McDonald's and McCafe. The place is massive with no English signs at all. As per the concert hall - I've never had such a terrible sound experience. Dear people, if you ever go there to a concert DO NOT buy tickets to the right or left sides of the balcony. Only center balcony or the standing places next to the stage are the spots you can actually hear everything from (btw the tickets were in German as if that's the only language the human race speaks). During the whole show I couldn't recognize most of my favorite songs because of the destroying bass coming from the gigantic speaker facing our side. Felt like the place was built without consulting with sound engineers which I wouldn't expect from a nation who worships order (which is absolutely amazing) and arranges everything perfectly. And last but not least. Anderson was perfect! An absolutely stunning professional! I adore him!!! p.s. Don't know if the lighting and screen visuals were set by the crew or the venue members but it was fantastic! Hope this...

This sucks I have to write this because I have been to a lot of great concerts here but the staff has gone DOWNHILL and RUINED the place.

They took our jackets and belongings at the entrance, which we paid €5 for, and then mixed up our jackets and belongings and they lost our ticket number and they pretended not to remember us.

We could see our stuff hanging there right in front of us, and they wouldn’t give it back to us! They told us we had to wait until there were “5 jackets left.” This makes NO SENSE! We even described what was in the jackets and what was inside the belongings and they still wouldn’t give us our stuff, and they were so rude about it, like it was our fault they screwed up.

In the end we had to wait until everyone after the concert left, an hour and a half AFTER the show, to finally get our stuff that we paid them to hold for us.

Oh and the security guard was a complete jerk while we waited and kept telling us to move.

This is very close to the venue trying to steal our stuff. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a concert before and it makes me not...

Music was awesome, the sound and performance were really top, but the experience was dulled by overpriced drinks & rude staff. This is the most expensive beer I’ve had in Central Europe! After paying €50 for entry… it was then €6.10 for half a plastic cup of warm watery lager with a €2 unreturnable (due to impossible queues) pfand 😅 A ‘cash only’ bar in a capital city’s event hall *sponsored by Raffeisen* is such an embarrassment for a bank, being unable to organise simple payment machines 😂 After half pouring some terrible cups of foam, the bar woman shouted at me for not tipping, which is incredibly rude in Austria. It was cheaper to buy the band’s merch after the show, than a round of drinks, and the touring bands accepted cards… I suggest that’s where you spend your € instead. Great music, but nasty prices and rude people… Go and see your bands touring somewhere else, if you have a choice.

One of the worst experience in terms of organization. The stuff was unfriendly, queues for everything. They scanned our tickets at the entrance. However, we had to show them repeatedly inside over and over again. Toilets are in the corridor so you need to go off the main hall and back, just to relief. At the end, after the great concert (because of the band, not the hall itself), they quickly showed us the way out without sufficient time to return drink nicknacks. We had to stay in a long queue to take our coats. This is really stupid and you can visit almost any other concert hall for better experience. One word: terrible.
