NEVER ATTEND IF YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH A BAD EXPERIENCE. I don't understand how this place with SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Nobody does anything about it! . I believe that the administration of the shopping center should take action on the matter since this place subtracts from the excellent experiences in all its other places, where attention, cleanliness, security and education for customers stand out, which definitely make it one of the the best. malls This restaurant charges a card surcharge but does not give a receipt, the same if you pay in cash... And don't even think about asking them for a receipt because if they don't understand you in German or English or by signs. .. when you ask them for a receipt they completely ignore you. And it is absurd that for ordering to go, after eating there, they charge me 50 cents more for a container because I ordered the rest to go. And the truth is, if they want to charge it, I have no problem paying for it, but just as they charge, at least they give you the receipt for what you consume, including the container. Definitely like the other users was last time. I sincerely believe that there are many other entrepreneurs or businessmen who know what it is to run a food business and I am sure that they could be given the opportunity in that space, because "this business" does not work or is completely unaware of what quality of service is and attention...

The worst service I've ever experienced! Rude cashier. I don't speak German, asked her if they have any noodles with chicken and vegetables, she unpolitely asked if I want just one portion, I said I don't speak German and just looking for what to eat, when I ordered and wanted to pay cash and handled 5€ to her she showed me information about paying card which I didn't understand and told her so, she said no cash so I had to use my card (paid extra fee for currency exchange). I noticed she charged me more so asked her why, then she showed that card payment is from 5€ so she charged me this amount, I wasn't happy but thought maybe I misunderstood smth. While waiting for my food new customer came and paid by cash. I asked cashier why she didn't take cash from me but took from her, then she was taking to me in German and her son? came and said that he heard that I said I wanted pay card, he was rude, argued with me and treat unfairly. Don't go there, food is tasteless, had like 4 pieces of chicken and just cabbage in my vegetable and...

A rather mediocre place with cheaply made food and lackluster owners/staff.. it feels like the spark is gone and they just work on to make ends meet.. but with not a lot of effort in quality.

The Nori (the green Maki wrapper) e.g. was stale and chewy.. a sign of bad storage in a damp place for too long. They should be dry (oily) and crisp.

Otherwise, it was as expected from the outward look and feel of the place. Go if you must, but beware of the better...
