Terrible service, terrible coffee. I would never normally leave a bad review, but they left me no choice. First of all, the cashier was dismissive—perhaps because I’m a foreigner? Secondly, after I ordered two takeaway coffees and sat down to wait for my husband, the cashier rushed over to tell me that the tables were only for those drinking coffee in the café, not for takeaway customers.

So, if you prefer drinking coffee from a cardboard cup instead of glassware, does that mean you lose the right to sit at a table? And this was with half the café completely empty! One day i was there, the employers a old austrian woman and a young guy, very unkind, after i told her that there is a bee in the food she only replied annoyed "Joooooooo", and after paying and leaving and wishing a good day i not even got an answer.

The other day a team of young girls worked there, after i showed them what i want they told me with a fake smile "thats reserved" and after i told them why its still in the shack then they put it away and said "that was our fault"

Ende 2022 habe ich hier einen Laib Brot gekauft. Laut Auszeichnung sollte der Preis bei 5,55 €/kg liegen – kein Schnäppchen, aber in Ordnung, wenn die Qualität stimmt. Als ich den Laib erhielt, fragte ich zur Sicherheit nach, ob es sich tatsächlich um ein Kilo handle. Die Verkäuferin bejahte dies.

Zuhause wog ich das Brot und stellte fest: Es waren nur 800 g. Also bin ich zurück zur Filiale, um die Differenz erstattet zu bekommen. Die Reaktion war leider alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Man sagte mir, es gäbe keine Waage im Laden (was ich stark bezweifle) und begegnete mir eher unhöflich. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen bekam ich schließlich das Geld für die fehlenden 200 g zurück.

Besonders irritierend: Der bereits geöffnete halbe Laib wurde kommentarlos zurück in die Auslage gelegt – absolut unhygienisch. Ich habe Verständnis dafür, dass im Handwerk kleine Abweichungen vorkommen können. Aber wer Kilopreise ausweist, sollte auch korrekt abwiegen. Und ein respektvoller Umgang mit Kunden sollte...
