Uno Momento — Restaurant in Vienna

If I could have given minus stars I would have done it. My friend call on Wednesday to make a reservation and they told him that it wasn’t possible to make one. When we arrived and said that we were 7. They ask us why we didn’t reserve... seriously! I was a bit late so no space. When another table got free, we moved to ba able to sit all together. My friends already start eating. The waiter finally brought me the menu 20 minutes later. When I ordered, it took 45 minutes to get my food. He forgot a lot of drinks, didn’t care about anything, were very lost... I promise, I’ll never go back there in my live and will discourage as much as people to go there. I was coming there with my friends yesterday night. We had to wait 1h for the food and one of my friend didn’t receiv his dish, they said « they made a mistake in the order and he need wait 10 others minutes for the dish » but 10 minutes later, the waiter coming back for say , he don’t have this dish anymore.. Finally he decided to take a pizza and receiv the pizza after more than 1h30 of waiting. But the pizza was full of oil and very fat..

We asked to the guy some discount at the end but he didn’t want, we also asked him to call the manager but he didn’t want too..

It’s the first and last time we gonna come in...

The food has good presentation and looks good but once you try it you realize that the quality is not very high, we ordered risotto and a pizza, and they were both very salty, we asked for water to drink expecting a glass or a pitcher and they brought us bottled water but uncorked.... They charge you for it and you don't even know if they have refilled it before.... Then when we asked for the bill they charged us directly without giving us the bill so we could see what they are charging you... if you are hungry you can eat here but if you have a little more time to look for something better I would...
