UuDam — Restaurant in Vienna

We didn't realise this was a vegan restaurant until we read the menu, but oh was this a pleasant surprise! Surely this was not 100% authentically Vietnamese (you cannot get a vegan phở in Vietnam, or maybe it's just our ignorance), but the dishes were so tasty that I couldn't remember the small confusion we had when we entered. And the waiter was not wrong - the mango sticky rice was truly significant, a great treat for anyone with sweet teeth. As a university student mainly having my classes at the Uni Vienna Campus, I have been going to this small place for lunch many times since it opened few feeks ago.

The ambience is really sweet and I love how you're always warmly welcomed by the staff. The beautiful decoration combined with the lofi music in the background creates a cozy atmosphere.

Friendly service, nice atmosphere! The food was quite good, especially loved the "meaty" seitan pieces (char siu), however the pho broth was lacking a bit of flavor. The small portion was pretty huge though, with lots of noodles inside (bit too much for my taste, but I'm sure others like it that way).
