Good pizza for a non-italian place. The beer choice is limited despite the name of the place, but the draft ones are good. Very kind owner, but the service is so and so, especially on rush hour (waiters seem a bit lost and tend to forget orders). From the pic you can see how out of the three pizzas we ordered, 2 arrived within 5 minutes (one at the time!) but for the third we had to remind the waiter(s) three times, only to have it to take away, because in the meantime 25' had passed and half our dinner was over already (at the end they obviously apologized and didn't let us pay the third pizza). Ah.. the beer glasses tend not to be filled up to their due capacity (see pic, that's after the foam "settled"). Quite a pity in a place that should serve "only pizza and beer".

Read moreBetter go to Riva for better pizza and service Me and my friend were at this restaurant today. When we had to pay we only had some cash and paid with coins. Waiter got angry at us and threw the coins in our faces and demanded to recount them. I was surprised with such rude a behaviour of restaurant staff. And I had similar experience before in this place. They are always rude or late with orders. I wouldn't be surprised that they also spit in pizzas with such attitude.
Everyone who considers going there I would strongly advise better go Riva to eat tasty naples style pizza owned by actual neapolitanians or any other place. The fact that this kind of behaviour is tolerated is the reason why restaurant industry in Vienna...
Read moreBeen here many times. They used to have an IPA but dropped it, sucks for me but it’s Austria so that’s fine.
Sometimes the pizza has so much moisture built up in the middle it’s soggy, maybe that’s bc they’re too busy to put the love and care into the food, but that’s a problem.
The service is Austrian, which is to say not enough servers to handle the number of clients - slow and impatient.
Most recently we came and they only told us they couldn’t take cards after we had dined. It’s not uncommon in Austria to not accept cards, but not the standard here so we had to scramble and waste time before an event to go to the ATM. It felt really dishonest not to say...
