Staff behavior (serious). This is my third visit to this place with my friends, and overall, I must say the food is good and the prices are reasonable. However, I had an unfortunate experience during my last visit that left me feeling quite embarrassed for one of my friends. She arrived later than the rest of us, and one of the staff members approached her and asked what she wanted to eat. This caught us off guard because we were all enjoying the buffet, as I had specifically informed the staff when booking the table that we were a group of seven people all opting for the buffet.

It was unclear why the staff member questioned my friend about her food choice, as the buffet allowed us to eat whatever we wanted. The staff member's comment, saying, "You cannot come here and not order anything, you must order something," made my friend feel really uncomfortable. Perhaps the staff member had difficulty finding the right words or lacked English proficiency to explain the buffet concept to my friend, but regardless, such behavior is unacceptable.

As a result of this incident, my friends and I have decided that we will not be returning to this establishment. While a little more pricy, they have an extraordinary selection on their all you can eat buffet. They have all the standard stuff like fried noodles duck chicken etc. Plus the option to choose your raw ingredients and have them fried for you with whatever sauce you want. The special part about it is that they also have seafood like salmon, shellfish and much more. There is also sushi, sparribs and a lot of deserts including a chocolate fountain and ice-cream. All in all the atmosphere is great, it look very clean from the inside (though not that much from the outside) and there are many different things to choose from. Es gibt heutzutage kaum mehr ein Restaurant, in dem alles im Einklang,(Essen, Service und Anbiete), wie in diesem! Für mich und meinen Erwartungen auf ein sehr gutes Essen und Getränke sowie einem sehr guten Service , hat sich jedesmal aufs neue voll und ganz erfüllt!! Und ich Esse sehr gerne und oft, aber vor allem möchte ich jedesmal sehr gut essen und trinken! Leider esse ich zu oft und sehr gut, zu meinem Leidwesen, aber dass Essen in diesem Wokhouse, ist nicht nur jeder Kilo den ich zu nehme wert, sondern auch viel mehr jeden €wert!!! Es herrscht immer einen sehr angenehme Wohlfühlfaktor!! Egal um welche Uhrzeit man in das Lokal kommt, oder ob viele Gäste schon da sind, es gibt immer einen Platz!! Weil jeder Angestellte -r, ist immer sehr höflich und zuvorkommend!! Selbst wenn alles voll ist und die pure Hektik unter den Angestellten herrscht,bekommt man es kaum mit und das ist wirklich sehr angenehm! Ich gehe jetzt schon ca 4j. zumindest zwei, drei Mal im Monat ins Wokhouse, und ich kann mich nicht erinnern, dass ich je mehr als 45-50€ bezahlt hätte aber da waren wir jedesmal zu zweit!! In der letzten Zeit habe ich nicht mehr als 14-17€ ausgegeben und da konnte ich mir noch jedesmal soviel Essen mit nach Hause zu nehmen, dass es für eine Person ein weiteres sehr gutes Essen war!! Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, dass es wert ist selbst von anderen Ende von Wien,in dieses Restaurant zu fahren!! Und kosten Sie einmal, die gebackenen Krebs-Scheren oder zur Zeit mein lieblings Essen, Sesamchicken mit gebratenen Nudeln mit Gemüse!!
