XXXLutz Restaurant Wien 22 — Restaurant in Vienna

Our recent visit to the XXXLutz Restaurant was honestly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the waiter was grumpy and seemed completely uninterested in serving us. At the entrance, it clearly said there were alternatives to the set menu, but when we asked, we were told there were none – no explanation, no effort to accommodate.

We ordered mineral water and asked for ice. The waiter’s response? “You’re lucky you’re even getting glasses.” Completely unprofessional.

The food didn’t make up for the attitude either. I ordered a steak for €14, and what arrived was smaller than my palm. We also had veal with vegetables and fries – everything was cold, and the vegetables were tasteless. I had to add a ton of salt just to make it edible.

To top it all off, we tried the waffles – absolutely no taste, dry and disappointing. Even dessert couldn’t save the experience.

All in all, terrible service and equally bad food. Definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend...

Poor service! Got to the restaurant and there was a sign at the door to wait to be seated, none of the waiters even looked at us. In the end we went in on our own and sat at a table. It took aroud half an hour for the waitress to come and take our order. Then when they brought the food, they brought the wrong order and even forgot to bring everything, we as customers knew the menu better than the waiters. In the end they managed to sort it out... The tables were not cleaned fast and people continued to wait in front of the restaurant to be seated, while no one was paying any attention to them. Either the restaurant is understaffed, or the waiters lack the training and organizing. They need to pull...

Heute Samstag 11.03.2023 nach einem Einkauf in der Filiale Wagramer Straße (wo wir wirklich sehr gut und super nett beraten wurden), entschlossen wir nach der Bezahlung an der Kassa wo unter den Artikeln und bestellten Möbeln (Wert ca. 8000€) eine Dose Red Bull dabei war ins Restaurant zu gehen. Wir setzten uns am ersten freien Tisch mit der Red Bull Dose in der Hand. Meine Frau stellte diese Dose auf den Tisch, der Kellner sah dies von weiten und forderte meine Frau in der in einem passiv aggressiven Ton die Dose vom Tisch zu nehmen. Darauf sagte meine Frau das die Dose noch voll sei und wo sie diese Entsorgen soll, meine der unfreundliche Kellner der hinter der Bar stand ich zittere ,,Das ist mir Wurscht die Dose ist verboten, mir Wurscht was sie mit der machen die soll weg vom Tisch“. Wir standen auf und verließen das Restaurant dabei sagte ich dem Kellner, dass ich eine Menge Geld im Geschäft ausgegeben habe und dass das nicht in Ordnung sei und man das auch anders sagen kann. Worauf mir der Kellner nur antwortete „Is hoit wo mir Wurscht“. Das Restaurant verfolgt offensichtlich nicht die selben Ziele wie das Möbelhaus. Wir sind wirklich...
