So disappointing food. We ordered two classical burgers that were so dry. The bun bread was not fresh and burned. The falafel dish was with three little falafel balls and a small portion of humus, one pita bread, burned as well, with too seasoned salad. The location is great and at the center of Wagrain but the food is not.

editing Wow, I am shocked after reading the common of the owner. We came with two children and a baby that as many parents know sometimes do a little mess. Of course, we cleaned after him. You should be embarrassed.

And about the water, we asked for regular water but you brought a bottle and opened it so we could not return it. We paid for the bottled and then explained to you your misunderstanding and you said that even for tap water you will have to charge costumers because you need to wash after them the glasses. I have no words for what I've witnessed. Visually the place is extremely pleasant. Unfortunately the food is horrific, crew is rude and without manners and prices are wayyy overboard.

We bought three pizzas and drinks. All three pizzas tasted like rubber. The pie was clearly bought in a roadside store or deep frozen. "Apple juice" tasted like water diluted with store bought Apple Juice.

Crew was rude and blatantly lying. We politely asked if there's Wi-Fi as we didnt want to spend Mobile Data (roaming of data is expensive), we were declined and told that theres no Wi-Fi despite three SSIDs connected to the parlor and a router sitting behind one person from our group.

Bonus: Owner is very agressive and harsh towards every criticism on Google Review.

So… pobably one of the most comfortable and friendly looking places that I’ve visited over the years. Sadly theres one huge problem, whenever someone wants to judge a kitchen of an establishment, they order a burger. Sadly that was the most disappointing attempt on a Burger i have ever seen, in the 30 seconds between beind served and started eating, the burger was completely soaking wet, the heat balance doesn’t exist, the meat was pretty cold, and the vegetables were surprisingly hot. Really disappointing, given the mistakes the patty was amazingly and generously salted and was perfectly cooked, could have been one of the best. But everything else is almost perfect, the pizzas are fresh, so as the waffles and the cookies. The teas are quality and the atmosphere is warm....
