My recent visit to this restaurant left me with mixed feelings, to say the least. Our group consisted of two families, including six restless children, all excited for a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, our evening started on the wrong foot, and it only went downhill from there.
Upon arrival, we noticed that the restaurant had a few empty tables, yet we were instructed to wait in line. We obediently did so, thinking that it would only be a short wait. However, we ended up standing there for approximately 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence or providing any indication of when we might be seated. It was frustrating to see that the staff was fully aware of our group waiting, as they passed by us numerous times.
The lack of attention from the restaurant staff was not only disappointing but also frustrating, especially with six restless children eager to sit down and enjoy their meal. During our extended wait, the initial excitement turned into impatience and annoyance, making it difficult to maintain a...

We went there after our visit to the swarovski crystal world. Nice ambience and mouth watering pastries and cakes on display. Prices are on the higher side as it is a fine dining experience. Except that they forgot our quinoa salad order and mistook to a dient order the service was Otherwise good. Staff speak good English and the food tastes good. They also let us take a wine bottle in their stock to be taken home.
Below are the dishes I tried: Tomato cream soup - good, but I have tasted better ones. Quinoa salad - not that flavorsome, bit more moist than I desire. Vegetarian pasta - pasta was cooked to al dente perfection amd tasted good Hot chocolate - lip...
Read moreI came to the restaurant with high hopes but got disappointed 😞 😕. I asked for chicken with salad, and when I tasted it.... it was bad( undercooked and had a rancid taste ). I asked for another dish, and the manager refused and said we had to throw it away, and I'm obliged to pay for the dish . In my head: throw it away, and please don't force people to eat horrible taste food ( the chicken is biodegradable/organic). You won't be harming the planet. The salad had chickpeas that wasn't cooked 😕well. The restaurant manager was concerned about the food "thrown away" more than the customer 😳 😬and he was more upset because I stated my opinion. I ended up exiting the restaurant with the idea that " customers should not have any say when it comes to the food or his/her satisfaction." Maybe other food tasted good, but if you look at the dish I ordered, it's visible how bad...
