Pathetic experience! Food was not good we ordered Samosa with Chana and belpuri flavours of both things were the same in sweet taste 🥴! Dal makhni, Malai kofta and Aloo Palak! Malai kofta was like mango icecream no spices in it nothing else, Dal Makhni is so bad in taste only the flavour was Corriander in it and colour was like brownish white , aloo palak was too bad in taste ! I went to this restaurant on 3rd Sep 2024. By seeing the ambience I and my friend from India crave for Indian flavour. It was a total disappointment as we started our order with a soup Murgh Yakhni. It was just couple of strips of chicken pieces and warm water without any flavour. We end our dinner without further order and left the place. One positive thing was a Serbian serving you an Indian food by humming a Hindi song and impress you with couple of Hindi words. I really like that guy and his service. Leider zu wenig authentisch für mich. Die Idee sein eigenes Thali zusammen stellen zu können war ausschlaggebend für die Wahl dieses indischen Restaurants. Reservierung via Facebook klappte problemlos. Freundliche Begrüßung, da noch einige Zweiertische frei sind, dürfen wir wählen. Anhand eines vorgedruckten Zettels stellt man sein eigenes Thali zusammen. Über indisch untypische Gerichte wie Tomatensuppe, Cheesecake, mini Schokokuchen wundere ich mich. Sowohl die Getränke als auch das Thali werden rasch serviert. Ich ersuche um eine Tamarindensauce, auch diesem Wunsch wird dankenswerterweise gleich nachgekommen. Das Thali sieht wunderschön farbenprächtig aus. Meine Chicken Kofta schwimmen leider in einem Fettfilm, ich ersuche um eine neue Portion. Anstandslos wird ein Ersatz serviert. Beide gewählten Hauptspeisen sind gut, lösen aber kein geschmackliches Gaumenbussi aus, wie es mir sonst sehr oft beim Genuss der indischen Küche ergeht. Samosa als auch Halwa zum Dessert sind ganz klar fern der indischen Zubereitung. Obwohl die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und nett waren, das Lokal sauber ist und die Idee der Thali-Platte eine sehr gute ist, ist dieses Lokal für ein indisches Restaurant geschmacklich nicht authentisch genug.
