The worst experience ever !!! During covid-19 quarantine time I have been charged and by the law required I asked them to transfer back my money and cancel my contract. They didnt even answer. they kept charging !! I have sent several email and no answer!! then they started ignoring my emails and send me emails to keep paying. I cancelled their automatic payment for them to stop deducting money from my account and now they send me a letter with bill including interest and everything !! DO NOT GIVE THEM RIGHT TO AUTOMATIC PAYMENT OR SEPA !! THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT LAWS OR YOUR RIGHTS !! THEY WILL JUST KEEP CHARGING YOU AND WHEN YOU WANT TO REACH THEM YOU WONT FIND ANY CONTACT !!!! Gym is well equipped but staff is terrible. When I came here first time I emphasized that I wanted to pay myself every month instead of letting them withdraw money from my account. The staff told me that it would be like that and that it was no problem.

However, they started withdrawing money from my account and I told them at least 5 times that we didn't agree on that when I signed the contract..looks like nothing can be done about that so now I'm just waiting for the contract to end and searching for...

I requested to freeze my contract because I was traveling in summer break however they cancelled my contract and charged me for the fees of the month I have wanted to freeze in addition to new contract fees after I asked them to unfreeze my account.
