I have visited MADO multiple times on different occasions, usually as a meeting spot with friends or colleagues for casual conversations or business discussions. The restaurant provides a comfortable atmosphere with a modern design, making it a pleasant place to sit down, enjoy a cup of tea, and have a chat.

However, one of the most significant issues with this restaurant is the availability of menu items. Around 60% of the menu is often unavailable. Whether it’s brownies, cheesecake, or other desserts, many options are simply out of stock. Even when ordering something that is available, such as baklava, the portion sizes are disappointingly small—so much so that it feels unreasonable. The same applies to other desserts like éclairs, which are served in portions that seem almost laughable.

In terms of main courses, the food quality is average. If you’re looking for a quick lunch, it’s acceptable, but if you’re expecting a truly enjoyable and delicious meal, this might not be the best choice. The consistency of their quality is one of the few redeeming factors—it may not be exceptional, but it remains steady over time.

One of MADO’s strongest points is its location. Situated right next to McDonald’s near Nariman Narimanov metro station, it benefits from high foot traffic, which likely contributes to its continued business despite the menu limitations.

The staff is generally okay—neither particularly outstanding nor problematic. The internet connection is acceptable but not excellent.
