CJ's is a very popular location for lunch and conch fritters. We got off the cruise shop and took a taxi van down to Alice Town to find this recommended local spot. It was a Sunday around noon and I think the local church crowd arrived just before us because the place was packed. Our order was about a 30 minute wait for our conch fritters platters, but the breezy beach view of the turquoise ocean made the wait worthwhile. The eight large and tasty conch fritters we received was less than half the cost than what the same item would be if it was purchased near the cruise port. Wash it down with a can of very sweet Goombay fruit champagne and it was a great Bimini treat. We always try to find places just like this and support the trur local businesses on our travels.

A must-try in Bimini Bahamas. Located on Radio Beach you can find Bahamian fare for breakfast and lunch including Lobster, grilled or cracked (fried) whole fried fish, conch, chicken wings, lobster fried rice and many other options. The seats fill up fast but it's a spectacular view in the back of the establishment. If you look over to the right of you, you can find a coconut man who is very friendly and will serve you up a nice pina colada. We were on our honeymoon and the owner in CJ Deli insisted that we carve our name with a marker. She was very sweet and even gave us free shots and cheers with us to our marriage. Will definitely be back to visit her whenever in Bimini. It was nothing but love at CJ Deli and all the guys on radio beach.

***Silver Review*** This is not an incredibly fancy place. It is just a beach shack restaurant. However, the freshest lobster I have ever eaten in my life came from here. There are several menu options, but I highly recommend the fried Conch and Lobster combo. You will pay $25, but it is enough to feed 2 people. The local island beer is Kalik. Try one to wash down your meal. If you want an authentic cocktail in a coconut, step down to Coconut Brian's. It is right in front of CJ's. A cocktail in a coconut will run you about $20. You will have a beautiful view of Radio Beach beneath the Caribbean pines.

We have visiting Bimini for 18 years. We have had several pleasant experiences eating at C.J.'s Deli in the past. This trip, however, was not so pleasant. She did not have the usual selection of food, the cracked conch was NOT tender, very "chewy" and tough and, most of all, the worst service we've ever received on Bimini. The server was rude, almost to the point of being hateful. We ate there twice and she was very short-tempered both times The cook, on the other hand, seemed to be pleasant. The cracked lobster was pretty good and they served a nice portion. We did enjoy the setting, over a nice beach and turquoise water. Might give it another...
