The pizza here is great and made fresh. We also ordered appetizer shrimp, well seasoned and came out super fresh, fried chicken (star of the show, seasoning all the way to the bone), whole snapper (could use a bit more seasoning), and jerk ribs (great flavor but came out barely warm). Seating is ample and you have a great view of the water. Food is reasonably priced compared to other options on the island. Customer service is okay, they do take awhile so plan to wait about 40 minutes for your food and items do not come out at the same time.

Edith’s was my first experience with conch, and what a treat! We got the cracked conch with lime and that was one of the most delicious things I’ve had in a while! I also recommend ordering the lobster pizza, it’s pretty big so if you want the whole pizza you need a few people to go with you, but definitely worth it! Wash it all down with a nice Bahaman beer while you watch the sun glinting off the water from the patio.

Take the delicious, well-known bimini bread, make a pizza out of it, and you have Edith's! Yes, at first I thought it sounded strange too- but it was so delicious! The once-fluffy bread made for a good sturdy base for the pizza and the cook's at Edith's do a great job with the toppings. The pineapple on a hawaiian pizza paired real well with the bimini crust, but my personal favorite was the bbq chicken!

Out of all the resturants in the communtiy, this by far was the worst. This place came highly recommended by the hotel commercials advertised on their channel. It's funny because being into the town, their own people in their community didn't even mentioned them nor recommended them, but because I had already experienced all the other foods on this island, I really wanted to try this so called "special" pizza. My friend and I headed there, the lady was already rude, gave my friend an attitude, when we was trying to figure out where to sit or how to order. There were people coming and leaving, but you can tell it was the tourist that was coming and going and the locals were waiting on their food. We then decided to leave because it was packed and assumed that was the reason for the rudness and attitude. Anyway, we went back for lunch this time, there weren't alot of people, I said that I really want to experience the food, so no matter what, I'll wait! We finally ordered after about 15 mins wait, gave them my card, phone line not working..smh..so I'm like ok, I have some cash on me, I'll just order a personal slice, smh, still problems. Listen, losing sales is bad for business, especially when you need sales to keep the business going and when the customer is still trying to make it work with what they have. I'm a visitor, I wanted to explore Bimini and the cultural food. I'm not sure why the hotel has this restaurant advertised. It's not worth it. Trust me, not sure why there is mostly positive comments then bad, but I do hope that this reaches the owner and have it resolved, because there are ppl from the Hilton hotel interested in coming to this place, and it not a good look, presentation is already bad, to step to a waiter who is rude, on top of that customer sucks, then when you buy the food, tips and everything is already included and for what? If you going to take tips and service charged, run a better establishment. Lastly, a local told us directly, why go there if it wasn't recommended lol. Its the worst, that's why she never recommended it....

These reviews have to be bogus!!! Visited this place with high expectations and was very much disappointed. The Food is really not worth it, I ordered a crack conch and all I got was fried flour pieces, I felt like I got ripped off !! The pizza was okay if you like sweet dough. It was something new, but nothing spectacular. The wings were a bit under done even though I requested them to be fried a little dry. I don't know why people recommend here or the hotel but I guess it's a community thing. The building needs major renovations and repairs. It almost looks a bit derelict, but the ocean view is really nice. Really not worth the...

Someone told us we had to try Edith's on our visit to Bimini, so we stopped for dinner one evening. We put in our order and sat at the tables overlooking the harbor. It was a good spot to watch the boats and wildlife. There were a few people that ordered before us, so it took over an hour to get our pizza. When we sat down to eat, it was so hot we couldn't pick up a slice, so we took it to go so it had time to cool off. The crust was perfect, but the toppings were slightly undercooked. It was a good pizza regardless. We ordered a large for two of us, and we had some leftover. We would eat...
