I visited Manuelos for the very first time yesterday June 17th 2025 I was accompanied by a foreigner who recently moved to the Bahamas to work on a contractual basis . He first wanted fish with peas n rice ..he fell in love with our peasn rice and can not stop eating it...lol. There was no fish so I suggested that he tries the conch ...he was hungry.as he had not eaten all day and it was about 6:30pm. He ordered one for me as well. The very pretty and pleasant cashier said the bill and he paid . About 5 mins later I realized that the total he paid was for 3 meals so I asked him if he ordered 3 dishes. The total was over $64!😳😳😳 I then looked at the menu to verify the price and the conch was $32 plus and a SALMON dish was also the same price!!😳😳 Maybe I am wrong but I never knew salmon and conch to be the same cost!! I only wanted an explanation..I am highly capable of affording a meal but I was curious . They called the manager who approached me in a defensive confrontational manner which surprised me. Unfortunately for her she had to simmer her attitude because she realized my calmness and politeness did not deserve her unfriendly approach. She explained that the weather was bad and the conch was difficult to obtain so she had to raise the price ...i told her that the menu seemed to have been printed long before bad weather! Anyway I told her this is our first time at Manuelos to which she replied that she thought we were frequent customers and complaining about the increase of price to which I responded that first impression is lasting and she should be mindful of that. She really did not care I simply ended by not speaking anymore. I dropped my friend to his hotel and went home. My food was AWFUL..my dog enjoyed it though. I spoke to my friend a few minutes ago and he said his food is still on the kitchen counter ..he could not eat it because it was terrible and he has no dog. I would not recommend Manuelos The line staff is wonderfully accommodating but the manager or owner is HORRIFIC And needs customer...

Nestled in Circle Palm Mall on Soldier Road, Manuelo’s lives up to its slogan, “Lettuce Eat Fresh,” with a vibrant and flavor-packed menu that celebrates fresh ingredients and bold flavors. It is a hidden gem for those looking to enjoy fresh, locally-inspired cuisine with a creative twist. From crisp salads to indulgent seafood dishes, our lunch experience here was great. We had: the Cracked Conch Cobb Salad featuring conch, that was lightly battered and fried to golden perfection. Resting on a bed of romaine, baby greens, grape tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, crispy onions, and smoked bacon, the salad was further elevated with Wisconsin blue cheese for a sharp, creamy contrast. It’s the perfect fusion of Bahamian seafood and a classic Cobb salad. The Hand-Breaded Coconut Shrimp Salad was also good with Juicy shrimp, coated in a crispy, golden coconut batter, nestled on a colorful bed of cabbage, shredded carrots, beets, olives, corn, and fresh greens. The Jewels of the Sea was a must-try with a decadent trio of conch, shrimp, and lobster, a light, creamy sauce accompanied by a savory waffle, drizzled with maple syrup, and served with the crispy fries on the side. Each dish was served in a newspaper-lined basket, they added a delightful touch to the meal. With high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere, this spot is a must-visit for a delicious lunch. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly...

Normally the food is so good at Manuelo's, but my last visit was not good at all. I normally order through Kraven so I had never been inside of the restaurant. I encountered a very grumpy cashier who barely acknowledged me and had no smiles or pleasantries. In fact, while I was waiting, another customer ended up cursing her out for throwing their change at them. Anyway, said grumpy cashier said the wait would be 20 minutes, but it ended being an hour and twenty minutes, AND my order was wrong when I got home. I should have checked, but i figured since they had me waitng so long they would at least get it right.

I must mention that I did ask if I could just cancel the part of the order that was taking so long, but they didn't want to do that. I mentioned that the part of my order that was ready had been sitting there and was cold. The s s ever said they would change it, but that never happened as I discovered when I got home.

I'm not...

Interesting restaurant just away from the busy intersection. The interior decor and ambiance lends to the great menu selection. We enjoyed the portobello mushroom wrap as they didn't have the burger. The balsamic salad was exciting in taste and combination and played well with in the mouth with the cassava chips that were lightly flavoured and the portobello wrap. It was a filling selection that we enjoyed with a grapefruit raddler. The service was exceptional as the waitress suggested we order from the counter after giving our menues as she was busy managing a large party on the outside. This ensured our order was prompt. I had a small spill which another personnel came and took care of. The exterior may be impacted by the neighbour's musical influence. Strongly recommend

Being that this was my first time eating from here, I ordered a beef and caramelized onion wrap. It was absolutely scrumptious. Every bite of the wrap was satisfying; and all the components of my dish were delectable, especially those unusual chips. Aside from it's mouthwatering goodness, the portions of my order were good also. The price for the wrap, however, was the least appealing experience of it all. Therefore, it's definitely not something to indulge in regularly if you're on a strict budget whereas one meal doesn't cost $20 (including a drink). Otherwise, Manuelo's is the place to be. Oh, and I must acknowledge their keen eye for presentation, whether dining in or taking out. I loved it!!
