Ok so I just called and ordered my food isn’t even here yet and I have to say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She repeated my order wrong and when I corrected her she completely ignored me and was like ok just give me your house number. As i told her my building number she kept asking for other info until I was gonna point out my apartment number where she completely ignored me then interrupted me and after that she was just like bye and closed it. I was too shocked to react to the point where I didn’t even ask how long it would take because the last thing I expected was to be treated like that. Seriously considering calling back and cancelling but I sure as hell don’t want to have to speak to her again. I understand having a bad day or being in a bad mood and sure customer service is hard, I work in that field myself. But this was beyond anything I experienced before, she shouldn’t be working with assisting...

After many suggestions to visit this place, my family and I, finally landed up here for lunch on the second day of lasr Eid and I'm glad for it. Since then I kept going and having some orders. One thing I really liked is how organised they were. We were handed a token for waiting and promptly called out on our turn. The waitresses were very efficient too. I personally love Grills food, so I thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the standard as goes for any Turkish place or Lebanese - Hummus with Turkish bread, Mixed grills which comprised of lamb chops, meat tikka, shish tawook, chicken wings, meat kababs and chicken kababs served with salad and fries "The items and quantity varies on the combo you choose". It is basically a decent place with good food at great prices and an affordable too to all. Totally worth going back to and I wish people...

I just said that pizza is not baked fully nd u gave my money back to me and literally REFUSED to take another/replace order so, yes m highly dissapointed bcuz u cannot treat us like toddler just bcuz we r kids! Its better every restaurants should watch whn they talk to their customers bcuz sometimes it will create scene ! I didnt create a scene there cuz it could hve put the business down nd i really love thier food in there especiallllly sharooek,majboos,shwarma ♡♡....holy mother of nutwlla!

Plz try to hear us out about the defaults and take the order properly cuz i asked for mix pizza 2.5 but whn i showed the default u said its some special pizza thingy,like seriously?
