Villa Rosa Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Bahrain Island

The food here is amazing. But, the only problem is the staff in Isa Town branch which is very disrespectful and arrogant. I usually don't drink soft drinks but my food was spicy that's because I told them to make it spicy so after a while I ordered a soft drink and paid them the amount of the drink which costs 300 fils so i paid him with 50 fils coins and he taunted me that this is not a khabas ( bread shop ) and kept the change. This is what happened while we were eating. After eating, me and rest of my friends were leaving the place and the person who makes the pasta literally shouted at us that pay for your drinks ( which we already had paid him ) and explained the other workers that we had already paid and he eventually found out his mistake and did not even say a sorry or thank you come again instead, he argued more with us. It is my humble request to the management to please teach some manners to their staff or get them changed otherwise people will eventually stop coming to that...

Awful experience, and horrible service.

-The place is dirty with food on the floor and under the tables, and nobody to clean it regularly.🤢

-Food came cold after waiting for more than 30m. Also, one time they forgot to bring my order, I had to go ask if it's ready, only to learn that it's been with them on their counter, but nobody of them cared to bring it or atleast notify me🤬.

-Restaurant is crowded most of the night, and the tables are super close to each other(might as well connect them)😠

-The mall's restroom is disgusting.😖

The only good thing is the burgers they provide, which also they somehow managed to mess by not putting cheese in it, even though it has in the menu's pic.😠

I wouldn't come here again, all of these problem keep...

your staff behavior is 0/10 especially your manager was very rude with my mother just for asking to make pizza dough thick and asking for ketchup he started to abuse in his language bengali and when we asked him do u have any thick pizza he said just go to pizza hut in a rude way but we did would have gone but just because of palestine we didn’t go there pls be careful regarding your staff behaviour because this cannot be tolerated in bahrain we are your customer from almost 5 years and this guy the manager hasn’t been this rude before he wasn’t even showing us the menu we literally had to ask the other...
