However, there are some serious concerns that need attention: Lack of Transparency on Discounts (Corporate & Happy Hour) – Customers are not informed about available discounts, such as corporate/company discounts or Happy Hour offers. If a customer later discovers they were eligible and asks for a bill adjustment, the response is simply “better luck next time.” This approach is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. These discounts should be clearly communicated at the time of ordering or payment, not left for the customer to guess. Unclear Happy Hour Timing – Please update and clearly display the Happy Hour schedule both inside the venue and online. It’s inconvenient and unfair for customers to have to ask or find out by chance. Unprofessional Staff Member – There is one Filipina staff member with short, dyed blonde hair who has consistently shown rude and arrogant behavior. Her attitude is especially noticeable given the professionalism of the rest of the team. This behavior is unacceptable in hospitality and should be addressed before it affects the reputation of the establishment. Price Increase on Food and Drinks – The prices for both food and beverages have noticeably increased. While this may be due to market conditions, it’s important that management reviews the pricing to ensure it still offers reasonable value to customers. Music Selection Needs Improvement – The bar seriously needs to manage its music better. Playing low-quality or inappropriate songs, or allowing customers to connect their own music just to impress someone, kills the overall vibe. The music should match the bar’s atmosphere — relaxed, classy, and enjoyable for all guests. This current approach is off-putting and unprofessional.
