An extraordinary breakfast experience at Crowne Plaza Manama that easily ranks among the best I've ever had! The breakfast buffet exceeded all expectations, offering a remarkable variety, exceptional quality, and stunning presentation. The selection was impressive - everything from freshly baked pastries to local Bahraini specialties, as well as an “Egg Station” offering made-to-order dishes. Each item I tried was prepared with obvious care and attention to detail. What truly elevated the experience was the outstanding service. I must specifically recognize Babik, Utshab, Prashanta, and Alex, whose attentiveness and genuine hospitality made the morning even more special. They anticipated needs and offered recommendations that enhanced my dining experience. The restaurant's atmosphere perfectly complements the excellent food, creating an ideal start to any day in Manama. My photos barely do justice to the variety and beauty of the spread, much less its taste. I came for dinner and chose the buffet. The main attraction was the mixed grill, but when I opened the lid I found mixed grill; only chicken.

I mentioned this to the gentleman waited on me but he insisted it was mixed grill, so I asked him to come with me and I removed the lid and moved the chicken pieces around in search of other meats, but none existed.

I guess he was embarrassed, so the supervisor came and told me they will bring me other types, to which I replied: Thank you but I am not asking for special treatment; I am only asking you to respect your guests and tell state the truth. He went away and sent me the Sous Chef in charge of meats, and the same droll again.

After about half an hour, when I was leaving, the supervisor brought plate full of grilles red meat of various types.

it is my worst experience ever, we order 2 plates and one orange jusce, one mix grills and it was black and hard cutting, (buying from local restaurant was better) and one other beef steak main course and not cooked as ordered i orded medium well and they served it as only medium ., the mashroom sauce was so much fake same like a water, when we try to complain no one responds., even the juice its like filled 85% and too much air bubbles on surface same i order for street truck!!!!

i had to finish my meal that time casue i was so hungry, and when trying to pay i discovered that the cashier put another item price (higher price than the main course i ordered).. so bad service, so bad experience this restaurant is blacklist at me.
