I heard about this place from my friends and went there for the first time in 2020. Wanted to share an incident from that time. I went there with my sisters on pohela falgun to try out their falgun platter. We were seated on the top floor and no staffs came to us for 30 minutes straight. Being desperate, i phone called their manager and asked nicely to send someone up. he apologised for the inconvenience and told someone to go up. As i heard someone's footsteps getting near, i heard him screaming on top of his voice "jottoshob stupid manush, phone dewa lagbe keno". He opened the door and entered the place, rushed to every table asking "ke phone korse?" I raised my hands and he looked pissed. I didn't want to create a scene in front of my little sisters, so i proceeded straight to ordering. when i was ordering, he looked distracted and forced to be there. Worst. Food quantity is very low compared to similar menus in other restaurants. I ordered brownie topped with ice cream and they served a Chocolate flavored Dan cake instead of brownie. When i i asked about it, they informed that they collect this 'brownie' from shops. Cashewnut salad was disgusting, i felt like eating vegetables dipped in sweetened liquid.
