VR Down Town — Restaurant in Chattogram Division

This is the worst place and worst experience i have visited so far. Food is not up to their attitude, as everyone knows what type of weather right now in Chattogram and in this situation they just told us their AC is not working properly like when we said to lower it down to feel cozy after that they can set it to 20 but they said if we lower it, you will feel hotter than now so we said okay at least manage a table fan for us but one of thier stuff said ok, and another (when it was too late but we didn’t get fan) one was "we can't provide any you have to accept it. Okay we didn’t say anything after this but after 30 mins or more they gave us table fan but it was moving to other customers then we said to fix it they did, but before we left the table and made payment they turned off the AC (they said it was not intentional, it turned off automatically as it was in a bad condition) and also moved the fan to other side of the customer (you can see it video here). That's not it when we complained about it they said when It's our fault we didn’t reach on time but they opened their restaurant before time but they didn’t say anything to us about it. So you guys decide now just because of the time they will lessen their service to us when we provided them the full payment, is it even appropriate in this hot weather? This is only one case of their behaviour, Too much rude Not attentive to customer Don’t care about the customer Food quality doesn’t match...

recently visited the restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it was our first visit.. honestly the food was quite good along with the plating and everything. we ordered naga chicken ( forgot to take pictures ) or something i can't remember and pizza along with pepsi, the pizza was quite tasty compared to the price and the plating was also quite decent.

talking about service the staffs are quite helpful and they helped us quite a lot while choosing the foods.

and lastly the atmosphere was quite dark and spacious ( the 2nd floor ), the first floor ain't a decent place to sit, but the 2nd floor is quite beautiful but in my opinion it actually needs some renovation, specially the roof, and there's also one thing i missed.. the 2nd floor also has a balcony which is also a smoking zone, so basically that works as rooftop dining..

Visited VR Down town recently, which is situated at M A Aziz Stadium, Its a nice, decorative and unique Restaurant, They have sitting arrangement Where it looks like upside down. Also they have a upper floor, where there is a small outdoor seating section along with regular seating option, About their food we have tried their combo snacks which is consist of potato wedges, Shrimp, bbq chicken and broast chicken, which we can be consumed two person easily.
