বুফের দিক দিয়ে "উপরে ফিটফাট ভিতরে সদরঘাট" দেখতে হলে আপনাকে অবশ্যই যেতে হবে

সাধারণত আমি খাবারের রেস্টুরেন্ট গুলোর খারাপ সমালোচনা করতে পছন্দ করি না।কিন্তু সম্ভবত এটা আমার মনের মত ছিল না। তবে আজ একটু বেতিক্রম কিছু বলতে চাইছি। সপ্তাহে মাত্র একদিন শুক্রবারের ডিনার বুফে হিসেবে তাদের খাবার আইটেম ৩০+ অনেক কম ছিল প্রাইজ হিসেবে। যেখানে অন্যান্য বুফে রেস্টুরেন্টগুলো সিমিলার প্রাইজে ৪৫+ খাবার আইটেম অফার করছে।

তাদের সার্ভিস টা অনেক স্লো ছিল। প্রতিটা খাবারই তাদেরকে বলে বলে রিফিল করাতে হচ্ছিল। এত বড় নামকরা রেস্টুরেন্ট এর কাছ থেকে এটা কখনো আশা করা যায় না।

chicken cashewnut salad,russian egg salad,chana chaat salad,greek salad,thai soup,vegetable soup,fried wanton,fish cake. সবগুলোর মধ্যে thaisoup,cashewnut salad আর fish cake ছাড়া বাকি সবগুলো এভারেজ এর চেয়েও কম ছিল।

mixed fried rice(এভারেজ),mutton dum biriyani(টেস্ট ভাল ছিল, মাটন এর কুয়ানটিটি কম ছিল),chicken masala(আমার ছোট বোন এর চেয়ে ভাল রান্না করে),penne pasta(মোটামুটি ছিল কিন্তু পার্সোনালি আমার ভাল লাগে নাই),prawn chilly onion(এটা আমার অনেক ভালো লাগছে, ওয়েল কুকড ছিল প্রন আর চিলি সসটা ভাল ছিল), sweet & sour fish(দেখতেই অনেক খারাপ ছিল, তাই এটা খায় নাই), BBQ Chicken Wings( মেইন কোর্স এর বেস্ট ছিল এটাই),beef mezbani(পুরা ই বিফ মাছালা যেটাকে মেজবানি বলেই চালাই দিচ্ছে)

Fruits custerd,cream caramel,fruits faluda,carrot halwa,chocolate pudding. জীবনে এর চেয়ে খারাপ ডেজার্ট খায় নাই। খুবই হতাশ আমি। ডেজার্ট থেকে মন উঠে গেল আমার।

এই পর্যালোচনা অনেক রেস্টুরেন্ট এর জন্য ভাল নির্দেশনা দেখাতে পারে।আমি তাদের বিশেষত প্রধান কোর্স এবং মিষ্টান্নগুলি উন্নত করার জন্য বিনীতভাবে Grand Mughal কে পরামর্শ দিচ্ছি! যেহেতু প্রতিযোগিতা দিন দিন খুব বেড়ে যাচ্ছে।

The food was average considering their price point. The restaurant is beautiful even though the ambience left a lottt to be desired. It was practically empty when we went for lunch and most of the staff members were huddled around the TV.

The waiter did help us in ordering the food and mentioned that it would be a lot considering the items we were ordering, and he was right.

For all the show and glamour they are going for, they really need to work on their menu. It has got tooooo many items and the typos are laughable. Nothing exotic and mughlai about grand mughal. A long...

There is similarity of it's name with physical situation in terms of good taste and size of it's hall. We went there for taking dinner, whatever we selected items for appetizer, main course and desert, all r really excellent taste. Their drinking glass, plates and spoons r also in big size like Mughal emperor.
