The restaurant quickly became a favorite among food lovers in the area, especially for those craving a hearty and flavorful bowl of ramen.

The ambiance of Gojo Ramen is casual and modern, with a minimalist yet stylish décor that complements the dining experience. It’s a great spot for both solo diners and groups, as the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making it ideal for a quick meal or a laid-back hangout with friends.

The star of the menu, of course, is the ramen. Gojo Ramen offers a variety of options, including rich tonkotsu broth, flavorful miso ramen, and lighter shoyu-based soups, each crafted to perfection. The noodles are always fresh, and the toppings, from tender slices of pork to perfectly boiled eggs, add a wonderful depth of flavor to each dish. The balance of flavors in their ramen is exceptional, with the broths being hearty, savory, and satisfying without being overpowering.

Apart from ramen, Gojo Ramen also offers a selection of appetizers, including gyoza and spring rolls, which are perfect for sharing or enjoying as a starter. The portions are generous, and the food is consistently fresh and well-prepared.

The staff at Gojo Ramen is friendly and attentive, ensuring a positive experience. The service is prompt, and the food is served at the perfect temperature, making the overall experience enjoyable.

In terms of pricing, Gojo Ramen offers great value for the quality of food served. It’s reasonably priced compared to other ramen spots, especially considering the authenticity and freshness of the ingredients.

In conclusion, Gojo Ramen in Mohammadpur is a must-visit for ramen enthusiasts and anyone looking to enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal. With its flavorful dishes, cozy ambiance, and great value for money, it’s a top choice for anyone craving authentic Japanese ramen...

Gojo Ramen: A Hidden Gem in Dhaka

If you're looking for a delicious and authentic ramen experience in Dhaka, then Gojo Ramen is the place for you. This cozy little restaurant is located in the heart of the city and serves up a wide variety of mouth-watering ramen dishes.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gojo Ramen, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that I had everything I needed.

I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, and it was absolutely perfect. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. I also loved the soft-boiled egg and the roasted chicken .

The atmosphere at Gojo Ramen is also very inviting. It's a small and cozy restaurant, which makes it feel very intimate. The decor is simple and elegant, and the music is relaxing.

I recently visited to Gojo Ramen for the second time and was really impressed by the food. First time when i visited the experience wasn’t good. But this time, I'm really so satisfied on food quality, the way they've improvised the standard of food quality. I ordered two bento boxes:

Makizushi (570 BDT) Nanban (590 BDT)

I also had spicy ginger beef udon (440 BDT) and chicken katsu ramen (380 BDT). Note that VAT isn’t included in the prices.

The bento portions are large enough to share between two, while the udon is perfect for one.

In the Makizushi bento, I enjoyed mixed vegetable egg fried rice with three flavorful pieces of soya glazed chicken. It included two teriyaki and two California maki rolls, which would taste great if dip with the sweet and tangy sauce. The chicken gyoza was perfect, and the nori tacos were well-made.

The Nanban bento had two pieces of nanban chicken served with delicious mixed vegetable egg fried rice. The nanban sauce was tastier than at YCD, and the chicken was crispy. It also came with four tempura pieces: two prawns, one potato, and one carrot, which were okay. The chicken yakitori had a nice sweet and sour flavor.

The spicy ginger beef udon was cooked with capsicum, carrot, cabbage, and ginger leaves, along with generous beef strips.

I highly recommend the bento boxes and the udon. If you don’t want to have a bento, then definitely try the California and teriyaki maki rolls, prawn tempura, chicken gyoza, and nori tacos(must). I didn’t enjoy the ramen as much, but everything else was delicious and worth eating.

I would suggest they should add fried rice differently in their menu. The taste of fried rice is really amazing. If someone order yakitori or soyaglazed chicken, so that customer can enjoy...

Today I visited Gojo Ramen at evening. Tried their Sushi and momo. I loved it a lot. Both the items were very tasty and delicious. Specially the momo is different. That is their special items. Next time I want to taste the ramen. Ambience is good, need to improve more. Staffs are well behaved. They served the items within shortest possible time. It is worth mentioning that the price is very reasonable, comparing to other restaurants of the town.
