Gojo Ramen: A Hidden Gem in Dhaka If you're looking for a delicious and authentic ramen experience in Dhaka, then Gojo Ramen is the place for you. This cozy little restaurant is located in the heart of the city and serves up a wide variety of mouth-watering ramen dishes. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gojo Ramen, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that I had everything I needed. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, and it was absolutely perfect. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. I also loved the soft-boiled egg and the roasted chicken . The atmosphere at Gojo Ramen is also very inviting. It's a small and cozy restaurant, which makes it feel very intimate. The decor is simple and elegant, and the music is relaxing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Gojo Ramen. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a delicious and authentic ramen experience in Dhaka. Here are some of the things I liked about Gojo Ramen: The food is delicious and authentic. The service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The prices are reasonable. Here are some things you should know before you go: Gojo Ramen is located in the heart of Dhaka, so it can be difficult to find parking. The restaurant is small, so it can get crowded during peak hours. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance, especially if you are going on a weekend. Overall, I highly recommend Gojo Ramen. It is a great place to enjoy a delicious and authentic ramen experience in Dhaka. Additional tips: If you are a fan of anime, you will love the decor at Gojo Ramen. The walls are adorned with posters and figures from popular anime series. The restaurant also offers a variety of other Japanese dishes, such as sushi and tempura.

I recently visited to Gojo Ramen for the second time and was really impressed by the food. First time when i visited the experience wasn’t good. But this time, I'm really so satisfied on food quality, the way they've improvised the standard of food quality. I ordered two bento boxes: 1. Makizushi (570 BDT) 2. Nanban (590 BDT) I also had spicy ginger beef udon (440 BDT) and chicken katsu ramen (380 BDT). Note that VAT isn’t included in the prices. The bento portions are large enough to share between two, while the udon is perfect for one. In the Makizushi bento, I enjoyed mixed vegetable egg fried rice with three flavorful pieces of soya glazed chicken. It included two teriyaki and two California maki rolls, which would taste great if dip with the sweet and tangy sauce. The chicken gyoza was perfect, and the nori tacos were well-made. The Nanban bento had two pieces of nanban chicken served with delicious mixed vegetable egg fried rice. The nanban sauce was tastier than at YCD, and the chicken was crispy. It also came with four tempura pieces: two prawns, one potato, and one carrot, which were okay. The chicken yakitori had a nice sweet and sour flavor. The spicy ginger beef udon was cooked with capsicum, carrot, cabbage, and ginger leaves, along with generous beef strips. I highly recommend the bento boxes and the udon. If you don’t want to have a bento, then definitely try the California and teriyaki maki rolls, prawn tempura, chicken gyoza, and nori tacos(must). I didn’t enjoy the ramen as much, but everything else was delicious and worth eating. I would suggest they should add fried rice differently in their menu. The taste of fried rice is really amazing. If someone order yakitori or soyaglazed chicken, so that customer can enjoy along with rice

Simply amazing at this price point. Be it the ambience, food, service, I honestly do not have any complaints except maybe for the fact that they are kinda lacking in the beverage department. I find it very unusual to not even have a Japanese matcha green tea or any tea options except for plain water and sodas in a Japanese restaurant and I would highly recommend them to add at least 2-3 drinks option if possible. Now for the food. We have tried: - Beef steak ramen 8/10 noodles were perfectly cooked, broth was savory and had beautiful umami which sticks to your tongue after eating ( although a bit salty), loved the little addition of soy sauce egg, sea weed and perfectly seasoned shiitake mushrooms. Beef pieces were chewy but absorbed the broth flavor quite well. Balanced. - Tantanmen 7.5/10 personal preference but it was a bit too sweet for me which I think would be much appreciated if you have a sweet tooth. Still delicious. - Seafood ramen 8.5/10 The 0.5 is simply because how PERFECT the sea food broth tasted and the amount of seafood which was so impressive and mind-blowing to me because even at a higher price point I don't think any ramen Restaurant or any restaurant in Dhaka would put that many varieties of sea food and in that quantity. The seafood ramen is bang for your buck 100%. - Bento 7/10 the sushi, nori taco, and gyoza made the bento for me - chicken gyoza 7/10 loved the slight char on the gyoza skin which a perfect gyoza should have, adequate amount of filling with simple but flavorful clean taste. Paired with the sauce this is a perfect starter. Overall, had a great experience and would definitely go there again if they continue to maintain this amazing quality and price ( I hope they have the Tokyo bone broth ramen available by then)
