The Developer Company will look after the maintenance of the complex until 10 years after handing over all the apartments with a view to setting up a sustainable security and maintenance system. After 10 years, when the inmates will be familiarised with the system, the responsibility to maintenance will be handed over to the Co-operative Society of the flat owners.
