Mo's Grill and Bajan Cooking — Restaurant in Oistins

I must express how extremely disappointed I was after visiting this establishment. My family and I went in for an evening of fish after viewing the menu that I posted I ordered two red snapper one to go one to stay. We also ordered a dolphin meal and barbecue chicken meal with that we ordered three beverages, that was it. My red snappers were not a meal there were fish alone however when the bill came she charged me $244. I questioned the bill and the price was given not based on the prices indicated on the menu, but just randomly given to me, the manager charge me $90 for one of my red snappers which I told her I was not paying for at that price since her menu stated $50 - $60 for red snapper. When I asked to have her come speak with my family and I about the bill she refused so I went to her and she had a very nasty attitude and disposition. I told her that it wasn’t in the best interest of your establishment to rob tourist. To make a long story short, I paid nothing more than what the menu stated and I advised her that she herself needed to learn customer service and cheating tourist for extra funding was not very becoming. I will say I DO NOT recommend this establishment not only did the food NOT have flavor, but for the deceitfulness of the manager and her rude Attitude towards myself the Customer. As for the young lady who served us, she was very manful and polite. I had no issues with her at all , however, the manager represents the entire establishment and because of this, I will never return ....

I have had Mo's grill fish before, portion size is nice and hefty and the fish seasoned and grilled perfectly. Now this weekend I decided I would try something else on the menu, I choose ribs for $40 a hefty price as usual price for ribs is $30. Now when I received my order I opened the container and saw a lot of fries then 2 pieces of bone on top the fries, i came to the conclusion the 2 pieces of bone were the ribs I ordered, I immediately told one of the workers my dissatisfaction and requested a change of my order even though i had been waiting over 30 minutes already for this order. I changed my order to chicken, which was in hindsight was a terrible decision. The chicken piece i received was a breast piece and it was as dry and bland as if it was not seasoned. I ended up throwing away most of my order. Long story short if you find yourself at this establishment stick to the fish, the ribs or chicken is a waste of hard earned...

Overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOOD BOOTH! They think you can’t add up or read here! The menu on the wall clearly states the prices you should be charged.

Meal should have been 45 bb dollars and instead charged 50. When my sister questioned this they said it was for plaintain which is included in the meal deal which includes 2 side. They then went about hurrying in the kitchen and ignoring our requests for our 5 dollars change. They became very rude and abrupt.

When the food came the fish portion was tiny compared to other stores and to be honest I could get a better tasting meal elsewhere!

I don’t like straight forward dishonesty!! Won’t be getting my money again and I won’t be recommending any visitors to eat here. Thieves!!!
