We took the sweet and the spicy chicken and the dishes were quite good for such kind of place. The spicy one is better because the sweet one was a bit too sweet. We liked the interior and the ordering system is well put in place (except the part where you have to put random numbers because there are no table numbers). When I got my bowl it looked nice. But under the sauce and all I had black avocado pieces. So I took it back and asked to change it. The girl was very annoyed by my request et her response was 'oui, ça date d'hier mais c'est mangeable, je vais pas jeter ça'. I find it very unprofessional the least to say. Luckily her colleague changed it at the end. But you shouldn't treat customers disrespectfully because they ask for a fresh food while paying full price. You don't have to throw it away either: put it on 'Too good to go' or just give it to charity. Overall, the idea is not bad but the customer treatment...

Never have I seen a place with a high-rating that was actually this bad. Place deserves an avg of 1 max. 2 stars / 5.

The proportions of protein/greens/mix-ins are way off. You pay more for meat you won’t find in the boil. On top of that, the base - brown rice - wasn’t even cooked……… So if you like chewing and cracking uncooked rice, this is the place.

The 1 extra star is just for the staff which is okay, but what is a restaurant without decent food…

Oh, and the myth is true: avoid a place where the restroom/toilets are bad. This stores toilets were disgusting, even if it was just to wash my hands…

Huge dissapointment compared to other poke bowl restaurants as the location...
