Le Nouveau Matin — Restaurant in Anderlecht

I don't master french, and I don't speak flemish, first of all, I'm from abroad. I ask for a chicken sandwich (saying it and pointing the mountain of chicken sandwiches) and a Cocacola, and the woman starts putting ham and cheese to a bread. I tell her that I can't eat cheese (I'm allergic) and she tells me "You asked for a club sandwich" (a thing I've never heard before). I point again to the chicken sandwiches, I tell her again what I wanted and angrily discards the club one, makes a chicken one and takes literally 15 minutes to "heat it" while taking other customers' orders. She was doing one step every 3 or 4 minutes and serving other people that ordered after me clearly punishing me for making her discard a sandwich. Finally when I got my sandwich, I had to run to my conference and, surprise surprise, there was cheese in it, so I had to throw it away. That was very rude and...

7,20€ pour un sandwich composé de : mayo, roastbeef, fromage, œuf, maïs, salade verte... C’était tellement cher, j’ai cru que j’avais également payé pour le sandwich de ma collègue qui me précédait! A savoir que le pain est un pain blanc basique à réchauffer au four (0,5€ chez Makro) A la lecture des commentaires, il semble que tout soit en supplément, même la mayonnaise (ou le beurre)! C est pas la base de n’importe quel sandwich?? En dehors du fait que je trouve cela scandaleux, Il faudrait l’afficher de manière claire et...

Personnel peu agréable, prix excessif : 5,20€ pour un sandwich boulette nature dont un « slipt » de mayonnaise supplémentaire est à 60cents. Excusez moi mais si c’est pour le compter en supplément je veux manger de la mayo à la boulette ahah. Le seul point positif c’est que les préparations sont faites maison mise à part la boulette et la mayo,.. et la baguette 😅

Je vous conseil le Pré Vert juste à côté: agréable, carte de fidélité, swandich varié, friandises...
