Beautiful cakes and the strawberry cake to die for, and staff also speak very good English as well. My problem is with the last 2 posters, don't know if there looking for free cakes, or just moaning about one of the best patisserie's in Wilrijk because there just bored and lonely sad people. Personally, I love it, the window dressing always makes me drool 😀

Everyone is entitled to bad reviews, but two on the trot, is a bit suspicious, so basically, sweep them under the carpet 😁 Your patisserie is Wonderful 😀

I went in COVID and all rules and gloves were being used and no more than 2 in the patisserie at any one time which I felt very comfortable with. The world wasn't made with plastic gloves and tongs. The bakery's serve it as they should, real hands and popped in a bag to enjoy later..... As my Gran used to say.. " The world's gone bloody mad, touching things is not a crime, they probably made the bloody bread and cakes themselves anyway "

Personally and highly recommended, please keep up the smashing baking and good work, plus thank you for a kind welcome for a person that doesn't speak the language well

today we decided to shop in this store, and unfortunately I was in for a huge disappointment.The seller roughly took all the products with her hands without gloves, and even touching the chocolate coating. Dear owner of this wonderful store, really with such a wonderful selection of products and not low prices, you can't afford to buy gloves for the staff? it's disgusting to look at a seller with a sprayed manicure with gel polish that touches the products that we will eat in the future.When was the last time she washed her hands?To my question why she touches everything with her hands, the seller said that the owner does not allow her to work with gloves.In this case, buy a pair of metal tongs!at times when we are locked down because of Corona, we wear masks and have a bunch of restrictions due to the spread of the virus, you don't even observe basic hygiene rules!it's horrible.No one requires super service, but respect for customers and our health...

Good quality but touching everything without gloves and with dirty hands sorry but no thanks . Corona is not the problem dirty hands are and the law in all European countries about food workers are very clear and very strict you can't touch food...
