Me and my boyfriend spent a wonderful time in the restaurant, and I will surly go back again whenever I return to Bruxelles. Not only the foods are delicious, the owner and servants of the restaurant were extremely welcoming , anything you would like to know about the restaurant or the beer, they will be there to answer your questions. I ordered randomly on the menu, but all the two dishes are surprisingly tasty, I felt drunk already when I tasted the porc. One interesting story, I ran into a local gentleman and asked for direction of the restaurant, he kindly show me the bus to take , and he kept on telling us how good the restaurant is. Read more(April 2007) Well worth a slightly complicated train ride and walk from Brussels (say 45 minute trip time). Didn’t eat at the restaurant as it outside of meal times but gave the impression it was set-up for big Sunday roast luches for pensioners. 3 lambics on tap although not that impressive. They cellar slection stuff was however - we had a 1997 vintage gueve for maybe 8 euro. The ’cellar door’ is definately worth a visit for pick up Fonteinen and Oud Beersel for a couple of euro...
