If it were to be measured, I am confident to say that SOMETHING is wrong with the delivery through the drive-in about three times out of fuve. Could be just something simple, like the missing tissues, or forgot a sauce, or forgot salt bags, or worse, a drink that is lacking syrup levels and sometimes just a wrong product. It is sad though that so little times absolutely everything is perfect. It seems for the local management to be very hard to motivate the staff. But then, some (not all) of the management have also lost the ability to smile to customers. A pitty, because their products are good stuff!
This is in big contrast with for example the Quick outlet in Kraainem... Just to show that it IS possible to get it correct, just about every time, and with a smile!
Oh, and just added this line after reading their reply below. I wrote in English so most people would understand, I am Flemish speaking, gave a review on a Quick in a Flemish speaking area...but they were so Quick to answer that their automatic review scanner sent me a reply in French. Not cool.

Read moreFancied a drive through on drizzling lazy Sunday afternoon. The speaker pole was empty, yet it took over a full minute before being greeted. I ordered 2 burgers, the "Formidable" and the "Big Giant", no fries, no soda's, no side dishes. Paid just about 10 euro's at the payment window and had to park at the waiting area for about 5 min. I don't want to sound grumpy but, If I order 2 staple products, just 2 popular burgers of which one is highly promoted at the speaker pole, then I expect them to have those burgers ready in the bin and to have them ready to be served on the fly. The Formidable was tasteful and really outshined the Big Giant which I had a hard time to chew on and even to swallow. Not only did the taste of the wheat bun overpower the burger, the flavor of the meat tasted a little off. I had to drink some water to flush through the bad taste. The Giant might not be that Giant after...

Do not go on a Sunday; the staff resent working on a Sunday and I literally had my tray of food thrown on the table one such sabbath. Tables are often dirty, and the red soft furnishings is worn out. On the day that the motivated staff work, it's good...the worn out seats and the dirty tables do not do their reputation any good...it just spoils your arrival after ordering the meal. I mean why do I as a paying customer have to find a clean table? In the picture u see an instance of when the tray just gets...
