We were told, with a table of 8 (the only table there, mind) that we had to limit our choices because the kitchen wasn't able to handle more. So, we basically wanted Greek themed food, but because the kitchen couldn't handle it, we had to resort to steak and fries in the majority. That's...not ideal. Drink service also took surprisingly a long time when we were the only customers, and they had what appeared to be 2 wait staff as well. I went to the "smoking area" to see nothing had been cleaned in weeks. What appeared to be bird matter on the seats, cobwebs, and leaves, so much so I actually chose not to smoke instead. Rather than trying to mimic Greek cuisine poorly, consider pivoting. Focus on what the chef can do well—build the menu around that. Diners value honesty and quality far more than the illusion of a cuisine that isn’t truly delivered.
The location and setup still have potential, but it’s time to reset the direction. Quality...
