McDonald's - Bilzen — Restaurant in Bilzen

I bought from drive thru but no one took my order. I waited for 6-7 minutes and no one came to take order until another car came and there was a staff to take order but not my order but the one behind me that came later. So I had to wait for almost 5 minutes. When I reached my pick up point, I had to wait while the car that came later got it first. After waiting for 10 minutes, I got my burger but to my surprise, all the burgers I ordered were a Big Mac and a Chicken Mac that had only a bun and chicken, no sauce, no vegetables. Forget about the "customer is king" at this MacDonalds. The lady behind the drive through counter barely spoke English, forgot to input part of our order and when I went to ask for the correct items it was my fault because I didn't look at the plate correctly (keep in mind they rush you to get past there so they can get more customers).
