Café royal — Restaurant in Blankenberge

CAFE NOT SO ROYAL---I didn't see such a terrible behaviour in Belgium ever!!! The worst people ever. We were walking to the car parking after a long day with the family and i kindly asked if i could use the restroom while passing. And the reaction was, no i can't because people leave it dirty, with sand, whatever... When i said i really need to use it and tried to convince her that i will be clean!, she (i believe the owner) still didn't want to let me go. Doing this to a woman is so unacceptable! Then i offered to pay with bankcard, because i never have cash with me and it was still no, Luckily i found 5 euro in my wallet that i could go to toilet giving that to her. This is soooo not normal. Ne sert pas de café à 21h lors de festivité local Pas de verre pour les coca, jus de fruit , ice tea tout est à la bouteille même quand lui demande. Faire attention car les prix indiqué sur la carte ne sont pas correcte et quand on demande le remboursement de la différence le patron s énerve en nous disant que les nouvelles cartes ne sont pas encore faite mais l établissement à su mettre sur la carte existante que les nouvelles cartes ne sont pas encore là et du coup quel est la vérité? Depuis combien de temps les cartes doivent arrivé ? Quels sont les prix réels ? Et quand on demande pour régler par bancontact, il n y a pas alors que c est obligatoire depuis le 1er juillet 2022. L excuse de l établissement c est que ils n ont pas reçu l appareil. A savoir qu il le savent depuis le mai 2022. Je met 1 étoile parce que on ne sais metre 0. Donc fuyez cette établissement il y en a des autres bien mieux. Petit mot pour le patron votre amabilité ressemble à votre établissement c est à dire médiocre...
