Is belgische tripel van 8% waarbij uitsluitend belgische hop is gebruikt. Een zachte tripel met een mooie moutigheid. Op het einde volgt er een subtiele, licht hoppige afdronk.
Papegaei
Papegaei is een blond bier met een alcohol volume van 8%. Het bier is licht drinkbaar en heeft een rijk boeket van hoparoma's. Papegaei wordt bereid met verse hopbellen, d.w.z. de hopbellen worden gedroogd maar zijn niet verwerkt tot extract of pellets en behouden dus hun natuurlijke vorm (en smaak!). Het beslag (mout) van papegaei bestaat uit gerstemout, tarwemout en haver. Papegaei is een bier van hoge gisting en met nagisting in de fles.
