Lucy Chang Brasschaat — Restaurant in Brasschaat

A wonderful place to try different Asian dishes from different countries in Asia... Very friendly staff... It is usually crowded here.. so better come early (18:00) or make av reservation, especially if you are in a larger group. What I like about this place it that it offers top dishes from different countries, so not only Korean or Thai food, but a selection from many Asian countries. I go here often with my kids and they love it! Now for already many years! This restaurant remains one of my favorites. Try also the garden and admire the impressive beech tree at the entrance. My estimate is that this tree is more than 100 years...

Very nice and cozy place, they have a fire lantern outside so it's nice and warm even when you want to sit outside in the evening. The food on the other hand was a little dissaponting. The vegetarian dimsum was expensive for what it was, and tasteless, only 6 pieces. For the main dish we had vegetarian pad tha with tofu. The tofu was tastless it was just raw tofu cut in cubes and it would have been more delicious if they could have added more veggies.. the homemade ice tea was delicious. The waitres looked a bit too serious, I did not get a warm and...

Let begin with the negative to end on a positive note. The place was packed, there was a line of people who made a reservation but not enough room (due to the overwhelming succes from a social deal). We had to wait 10-15 minutes which honestly sucks. Eventually we were seated and had to wait a bit too long for our food (but the place was packed so that's not unusual). The food was good, the duck was great, nice and juicy. The whole team were relative young people but they all were friendly, helpful and professional.

All in all good food...
