Disappointing Lunch Experience – Not Returning Anytime Soon

We’ve visited this Chinese wok restaurant several times in the past, but unfortunately, our recent visit last Wednesday left us very disappointed. We went for lunch with our children, but there wasn’t much variety available, and the food that was there didn’t taste fresh. The chips, in particular, were clearly not freshly made – you could feel it in both the texture and taste. Everything was extremely oily, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable.

The only bright spot for our kids was the dessert section. There was plenty of ice cream and candy, which made them happy – but sugar alone doesn’t make a good lunch.

We did try a freshly prepared dish from the chef, which was slightly better than the buffet, but it still lacked flavor and felt underwhelming. Was no drink to choose from and everything was just plain boring

To make matters worse, we were surprised to be charged an additional €3 for our 13-month-old baby, just for sitting in the restaurant – even though he barely ate anything. That felt unfair and unnecessary.

All in all, this visit was not enjoyable, and we don’t plan on returning anytime soon. We hope the management considers improving the freshness and quality of the food and rethinking the policy regarding very...

It is a spectacular restaurant with a lot of room.

The service is extremely fast.

The best thing of this restaurant is that you can take as much food of you want and you can refill your drinks.

You have a small room for children which is perfect.

Some meals you can go to the chef for like rice, curry and scampi. You can see how they make it from close by that is something I really recommend doing.

The people there are really nice, I once dropped I plate and they weren't angry they helped me instead and the said it was nothing.

The people were very nice towards us, made sure that everything was fine, and even asked us if we had any food restrictions. They showed us everything we needed and helped us with a big smile.

The room is very pretty and we can sit wherever we want to. What I found sad is that there weren't many varieties of food. I wish there were more varieties of sushi, or even noodles for the wok, for example. But in general, I'm very satisfied with the service, everyone was very caring.
