SIBYS Restaurant Indien — Restaurant in Charleroi

We landed at Charleroi late evening and started googling for Indian food nearby and found this one on the closest reach. To my surprise the restaurant was huge and very beautifully decorated. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We opted for food as per chefs recommendation and I would say it was the best decision. Dal makhni and baigan bharta were mind blowing. Naan were super soft. Jal jeera was also nice. We were also offered jackfruit pakoras for free. Trust me the best pakoras you will ever find in Indian restaurants in Europe. The chutneys were also super tasty. It was the first time I had jackfruit and jackfruit pakoras. I can highly recommend this place and will plan soon to...

Très moyen. Pas de réponse au téléphone pour une réservation, que je ferai par Internet (tout en anglais) A l'arrivée, on ne demande pas si nous avons réservé. Ceci dit, le resto est quasi vide (samedi midi). Tout est en anglais. Par contre une jeune serveuse est du village à côté, donc francophone. Elle est gentille mais ce n''est visiblement pas son métier (ne connaît pas la cuisine proposée) La nourriture est moyenne et plutôt chère, surtout vu la petite quantité dans les assiettes. Bref, ni bon ni mauvais. Surtout on ne sent pas vraiment accueillis dans ce décor plutôt quelconque et pas vraiment typique. Sans amélioration générale, je ne pense pas que ce resto...
