This is our favorite boulanger in all of Brussels. We are devotees to the croissants, and rarely a week goes by that we don't eat three or four of their baguettes, both the traditional and the seeded, which are probably the best I've ever had anywhere in Europe. Pain complete and pain campagne are both excellent with a strong sourdough flavor. All their breads are well-hyrdrated and soft, with just a touch of crunch to the crust. prices are a little high compared to others, especially when sold by the kilo, but the quality is superb.

I bought bread by kilo, which allows no waste, personalisation and always fresh bread. So delicate, nourishing and satisfaying. Hard to find such quality like this nowadays.
