Terracotta Pizze & Tapas — Restaurant in Etterbeek

Let me start with the bill first. A group of 11 people almost 600 euros. 4 dishes were put on the bill that we did not even have (luckily we noticed it) They said we had 5 bottles of white wine, though we had 3. The service was absolute disaster. We had to wait almost an hour just to get drinks (sangria). The food was coming in a chaotic way. Why would you bring 4 dishes of the same tapas with an interval of nearly 40 mins (while they have been told in advance when booking what tapas were going to be ordered for sure) The attitude of waiters was weird and not welcoming at all (to say the list) I'll guess excuse will be "it was very busy"? Nope, for the price you charge you should have an impeccable service. TAPAS restaurant 50 euros per person....? Absolutely not worth it! The prices are so exaggerated! The tiny piece of a chocolate cake with a firework stick for a BD was actually put on a bill LOL! We paid less than that per person a couple of months ago in a really good restaurant with a private parking, great service and got a bottle of Prosecco ON THE HOUSE. Far too expensive for what it is. I wanted to like it. We sat at the table we had reserved for 30 minutes until a waiter finally came to take our order, after that, it was a long wait again. We ordered three of the same pizzas, one of them was missing 2 ingredients and the other two were missing 1 ingredient. Pizza was bland, the cheese was bad, not fresh mozzarella. Dough was ok. It’s really nowhere near worth the price, for anything. The guacamole was missing avocado, it was a depression era guac, a small portion for 9,5 as well. We got charged for things we didn’t order. Went there on Friday evening, it seemed busy and when we saw a table without a sign 'reserve' on it we were super happy. A waiter confirmed the availability of the table. Therefore we sat and waited patiently more than 15 min to be given a qr for the menu. The qr has been given, we chose our food and waited more than 10 min to order. Right before ordering another waiter arrived and told us that the table is reserved. No appology. They just looked at us with the expression - "leave". I felt so bad. We didn't tried the food, but I am not going back there because for me the service and the way people treat you is way more important. They could have handled this situation way better.
