Zhi-Ma — Restaurant in Etterbeek

We went there and order noodles to takeaway. However they made a mistake that gave us rice… and we found out after back home. So we called the restaurant to tell them and wanted to ask them to deliver the right order to our place which is not that far. But on the phone the owner was super rude and kept saying that she was sure that we ordered rice… which is impossible because we never ordered their rice before we were very big fan of their noodles. Then she asked us to send the rice back and kept saying we don’t touch, don’t eat the rice which make me feel very uncomfortable like she thought that we were trying to scam her… but the fact is we didn’t even want rice… and that’s the reason why we called them back. Secondly, we asked them to deliver the noodles to our place because we were in a hurry to prepare to go to work and normally they also provide delivery for the order more than 15euro, we ordered 19 euro so I think it’s fair to ask them to send the right order to us but she just directly said no that SHE DOESN’T HAVE TIME. This is definitely one of the worse experiences I ever had for restaurant. This place used to be one of my favorite and yeah we won’t go there anymore because the attitude of the owners are super terrible and they also raise the price so I don’t think it’s worthy...

Hello, Today I have ordered sushi and noodles from Ubereats under the name of "Sushi and Wok" restaurant. However it seems that belongs to your restaurant because there is no such restaurant named Sushi and Wok in etterbeek and the menu on Uber Eats matches with your menu that I found online. The rice was stale, noodles so tasteless and the worst part comes with pickled gingers, which was smelling ammonia. pardon my french but it was definitely smelling urine! However, to be fair the service was fast. Highly unrecommend...

I don’t usually give reviews, but I think that this restaurant deserves it. We waited with friends additional 20 minutes than expected and when we came we realized that he made something different that we ordered. When we asked for the meal that we ordered, the waiter started to argue with us that and insisting that we are lying.
