Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Evere

Ordered for 19h45. Came at 19h45 and gave the woman my name. She said she had my order but there was a problem with the oven and it would be 10 minutes. Fine. 15 minutes later I talk to another guy. Tells me the same thing. However, plenty of people were coming in and getting their pizzas and there wasn’t a huge line of people waiting like me on this “oven issue”. When I go back he says “ I can’t find your order”. I show him my email and he goes back again. When he comes back he says “there’s a problem with the screen. It didn’t get sent through but I just sent it now but there’s 15 orders ahead of you”. I had to tell him to put my pizza to the front and that was unacceptable. 42 minutes after my pick up time, I got my pizzas without a “sorry” or anything.

Really poor management and poor customer service. They didn’t even attempt to make things right and it’s honestly disgusting that they would try to push my pizza to the back of the line when they’re the ones at fault. Didn’t even offer a drink while I was waiting for my inconvenience. Incompetent and...

We have a very strange experience with Pizza hut (EVERE) staff today (18/05/2023). Let me explain with more details. We have ordered pizzas through phone call at 9:30PM and during the order we shared our mobile number too. We went to collect Pizza's at 10:05, so we were late by 5 mins, there were staff still present, and we requested for our order to take away and reply was ' you are late for 5 mins, so we cannot give you the Pizzas. First of all, they did not call us although shared our contact number during the order. Second thing is : when we asked about the pizzas already prepared (we could see those), what are going to do, and the reply was " we are going to throw it in dust bin". what...are you going to throw it away, and reply again 'yes we are going to put it in dust bin' . Its really strange to me that the way pizza hut staff mindset is about with regards to wasting food + how bad at environment...

I order 3 pizza. I wait more than 2 hours and I did not receive my order. When i call the restaurant (Ch. Leuven pizza hut) the delivery guy reply and he said that he received a wrong phone number but this is not true he had 2 phone numbers and all numbers are correct. I asked him to tell which number he dialed and the delivery guy couldn't give me the number he told me that he called before. After all i asked when can i have my order and they said in 2 hours. My company will never order from this restaurant and if no action will be taken after this complain we will not order any longer from any pizza...
